ENERGY EFFICIENCY
Our custom homes are built with the utmost energy efficient standards in mind. We utilize high efficiency heating and air conditioning equipment, more insulation, tighter ducts, energy-efficient windows, and our homes are more tightly sealed against heat transfer from hot walls, drafts, noise, dust, and pollen. With the use of Owens Corning Styrofoam sheathing and fiberglass insulation, in conjunction with Dupont TYVEK Housewrap, our homes far exceed minimum standards for insulation and moisture barrier.
Project Financing
CONSTRUCTION LOAN PROGRAMS
Hazelwood Homes offers in-house financing and can carry the construction costs until completion of your project. A vast majority of homeowners take advantage of this option over a standard construction loan. Simply provide a pre-approval for an end mortgage and we will take care of the necessary communication through your lender.
OUR CONSTRUCTION FINANCING OPTION
If you have arrangements for an end mortgage, but need construction financing, Hazelwood Homes can carry the construction costs until completion of your project for a flat fee.
