By setting up construction financing through a lender, your financing needs can be met by incorporating both your construction loan and you permanent financing into just one residential real estate loan. By eliminating the need for a second closing, you are able to keep costs down, while remaining confident that your permanent financing is in place.

Our Construction Financing Option

 
If you have arrangements for an end mortgage, but need construction financing, Hazelwood Homes can carry the construction costs until completion of your project for a
flat fee.
